Download, print and fill out the New Patient Information and Forms and bring them to your first appointment. If you are unable to fill out the forms beforehand, please arrive 15 minutes early.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Please make sure you have eaten something within the past few hours.
Come prepared to talk about your health concerns.
Fees
Initial treatment – $90 (about 1.5 hours)
Subsequent treatments – $70 (about 1 hour)
Herbal Consultation – $40 (about .5 hour)

Herbal prescriptions are not included in the price of the treatment. Herbs typically cost about $10-$25 per week but may vary depending upon the type of herbs and the dosage.
